Spatial Data Infrastructure for
Parcel Desirability Analysis
in Slovenia
We did a web map app prototype, which allows users to select desirability parameters for Parcels (For example, distance to education, public transport, healthcare…), and once the user finds the parcels that suit them, they can check the price of the parcel based on the Slovenian government’s estimation, which can help with real estate market decision-making.
The product is hosted on a university server, so it’s not publicly available, and it was part of a school project, so it’s not optimised or ready to be used.
